We are presently pursuing a number of employee payroll class action lawsuits against major Canadian construction companies, which are at various stages of those legal proceedings, with a brief summary of the specific class action lawsuits being set out below together with additional information and resources that have been made available. These class action lawsuits emanate from the province of Alberta, although in specific cases they also pertain to hotel employees in other parts of Canada that were subjected to employment underpayments and related demands that were comparable to those incurred by the defendant company's Alberta employees.
